Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

As a Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Divisional Finance Director and your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring the precise and timely preparation of monthly management reports, financial statements, cash-flow forecasts, budgets, and quarterly statutory accounts;
  • Collaborating with Operational Management teams to deliver high-level financial insights;
  • Utilizing financial data to constructively assess business activities, aiming to enhance profitability, boost operational efficiencies, and identify potential risks;
  • Actively engaging in business and contract evaluations;
  • Providing assistance in bidding processes, including the coordination, testing, and presentation of financial bid information;
  • Maintaining current and relevant business dashboards to ensure timely delivery of information.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who possess a full accountancy qualification and have substantial experience in a similar role within a large corporate setting. Exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this position, along with tenacity, proactivity, and strong analytical abilities. Experience in accounting for long-term contracts is highly desirable.
