We are excited to partner with Opencast | B CorpTM, a renowned UK technology consultancy, to find an exceptional candidate for the role of Head of People Business Operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team and make a significant impact by leading a critical phase of transformation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ownership of key operational people processes, including performance management, payroll, progression, compensation cycles, and absence policies.

They will also bring experience in managing complex employee relations (ER) matters, providing clear guidance to team members and line managers throughout these processes, along with an in-depth knowledge of UK employment law.

We are looking for someone who can provide excellent expertise in managing relationships with external legal advisors and has a strong understanding of the UK employment landscape.

This role offers a chance to work with a wonderful CPO and lead a team of happy, successful Business Partners and Advisors.

We are exclusively recruiting for this position, and we are looking for someone who is ideally based in the North East of England.
