About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with varying needs. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Support adults with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Assist with household chores and meal preparation
- Encourage and support adults to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans
