About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Paisley, Renfrewshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult male with complex needs, providing 1:2:1 support in their day-to-day life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the individual in their own home, assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal care, and participating in activities they enjoy.
  • Ensure the person feels safe and secure, adapting support in line with care plans and positive outcomes.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts, regular sleepovers, and weekends, as part of a team rotational schedule.
