About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Smoking Cessation Specialist to join our team at Everyone Health Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting and facilitating the delivery of smoking cessation programs within our integrated lifestyle service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with a focus on smoking cessation and behavior change. You will be responsible for conducting face-to-face and virtual clinics, providing support and guidance to patients, and promoting the accessibility of our Stop Smoking Service.

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to making a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of our community. If you have a passion for healthcare and a desire to work in a dynamic and supportive team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual clinics to support and guide patients in their smoking cessation journey
  • Develop and implement effective behavior change strategies to support patients in quitting smoking
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote the accessibility of our Stop Smoking Service
  • Provide education and support to patients on the harmful effects of smoking and the benefits of quitting
  • Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in smoking cessation
Requirements
  • Strong background in healthcare, with a focus on smoking cessation and behavior change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of behavior change models and smoking cessation interventions
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
