Job Summary

Morgan Hunt Recruitment is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will provide professional HR services to clients across the county, offering a range of HR solutions to support their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide expert HR advice to clients, covering a wide range of HR services, including employment law, employee terms and conditions, and HR policies.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop opportunities for new business by building strong networks and demonstrating the value of our HR services.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
  • Employee Support: Support line managers in handling complex casework, including disciplinary issues, performance management, redundancies, and grievances.
  • Change Management: Advise on change management programs, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Project Management: Manage specific HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing and resolving a range of HR casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, TUPE, redundancy, and capability issues.
  • Education: Preferably fully CIPD qualified, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of employment law, excellent time management, and interpersonal skills.
