Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our clinical oncology pharmacy team as a specialist pharmacist covering day case oncology and haematology. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced and supportive team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our clinical oncology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients undergoing treatment for cancer and haematological conditions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members
  • Engage with stakeholders in the Board and link with the South East of Scotland Cancer Network (SCAN)
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical services.
