Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pharmacist to join our clinical oncology pharmacy team in Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality patient care and support in day case oncology and haematology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the rota covering the role of the aseptic pharmacist
  • Engage with stakeholders in the Board and link with the South East of Scotland Cancer Network (SCAN)
  • Provide comprehensive training to new pharmacists, including independent prescribing if required
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical oncology pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care
