We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on customer quotations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Monitor back orders and ensure timely delivery of products, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the operational team in converting spare parts, consolidating customer supply chains, and optimizing inventory management.
  • Provide coverage for the stores team during annual leave periods, ensuring continuity of service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counter environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
