As a Research Scientist on our Cyber Evaluations Team, you will work closely with cybersecurity and policy experts to evaluate AI system capabilities across various scenarios. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting experiments on advanced AI models and analyzing the results.Enhancing tools for assessing risks associated with advancements in AI capabilities.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop new evaluation methodologies.Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Research Scientist/Engineer with:
Experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, AI security, or computer security, either in industry or academia.Proven ability to build software systems and lead relevant projects.A strong understanding of cutting-edge machine learning systems and a keen interest in AI security implications.A proactive, problem-solving approach, with high adaptability and a sense of responsibility.A comprehensive understanding of large language models.Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in cybersecurity.Extensive knowledge of Python, a research background, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.Core Requirements
