About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Wetherby Manor. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and communal areas.
- Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to residents' needs.
- Work collaboratively with the Location Manager and other team members to achieve high standards.
Requirements
- Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
