About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Wetherby Manor. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and communal areas.
  • Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to residents' needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a high standard of care and support.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience and NVQ2 qualification desirable.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively with cleaning products.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and data protection.
