Renewal Service Specialist

As a Professional Renewal Service Specialist at Peter Alan, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to Landlords and Tenants. Your commitment to achieving and exceeding targets will be crucial in providing a professional and compliant service.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a quality, personal service to designated customers and colleagues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide cover and ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining high service levels.
- Negotiate tenancy renewals with Landlords and Tenants, effectively managing objections and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Manage rental increases in line with local market conditions, ensuring fair and competitive pricing.
- Produce tenancy paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements and company procedures.
- Process payments in accordance with Landlord's Terms of Business and Tenant regulations.
- Utilize company tools and systems to chase and execute tenancy documents, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Maximize fixed-term renewal conversions and identify opportunities for cross-referrals to other parts of the business.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and contribute to the achievement of business growth goals.
- Experience in Lettings, contract negotiation, or customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence a variety of customer types.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with high volumes, while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right first time.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong internal and external relationships, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, with a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
- Working knowledge of Company's Terms of Business and Tenancy Agreement, with a good understanding of the Housing Act 1988.
- Customer relationship management techniques, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Negotiation and objection handling techniques, with the ability to effectively manage objections and achieve successful outcomes.
- Relevant processes, policies, and standards, with a commitment to adhering to company procedures and ensuring compliance.
