Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at Placing Leaders. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing our field-based service operations, ensuring that our customers receive a professional and efficient repair and maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our field-based service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to industry and company standards.
  • Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and repair history.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a field service management role, preferably in the windows, doors, and roof systems industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of field-based service technicians.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Hold a current CSCS card (NVQ level 2 or above) and a full driving license.
