Job Title: Field Service Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Package: Salary- 40-45K dependant on experience. Bupa health insurance, 25 days holiday.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at Placing Leaders. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient repair and maintenance service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-quality repair and maintenance service to customers, ensuring that all work is completed to industry and company standards.
  • Work throughout the UK, visiting customers' homes to repair and maintain their products.
  • Provide excellent customer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within installation or service of windows, doors, and roof systems made of aluminium and timber within a similar market.
  • Hold a current CSCS card (NVQ level 2 or above).
  • Hold a current full driving licence - A vehicle will be provided.
  • Be able to work under your own initiative.
  • Possess good verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling.
