This care facility provides a range of services including residential support for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities, specialized nursing care for those with intricate medical needs, and respite services to allow families a much-needed break.

**To qualify for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin**

As the Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of nursing professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
  • Encouraging independence and dignity while enhancing the quality of life for residents.
  • Assisting in the implementation of improvements and driving quality standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Supporting the Home Manager in the daily operations of the facility.

The following qualifications and experiences are preferred for this position:

  • Proven experience in team management, ensuring appropriate supervision and effective scheduling for seamless operations.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and clinical governance initiatives, including audits and care service evaluations.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to maintain precise documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology effectively.
  • Confidence in overseeing medication management in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
  • Capability to mentor and guide colleagues in alignment with the NMC Code, adhering to its principles consistently.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and supporting residents and their families.

The successful Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager will receive a competitive hourly wage of £21.59, equating to an annual salary of £42,661.84.
