About the Role:

To be a successful Store Manager at NEXT, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to achieve sales and operational excellence. Your key objectives will include:

  • Maximizing Sales: Drive sales growth by creating a customer-centric shopping environment, promoting products, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Leading the Team: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
