  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales initiatives to achieve targets, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in retail management from an outdoor, apparel, or footwear background.
  • Passion: A love for the outdoors and in-depth knowledge of outdoor products.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
