Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of council services and policies.
  • Provide excellent customer care and call handling skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • SVQ2/Higher/National 5 or equivalent level qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer care and call handling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to prioritize tasks.

Working Pattern:

Alternate Saturday and Sunday shifts, 8am-4pm or 4pm-midnight, 14 hours per week.
