Role Overview:
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of property maintenance projects, particularly within the social housing sector. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality refurbishment initiatives.

About Us:
Daniel Owen Ltd is a prominent contractor known for delivering innovative and top-notch refurbishment solutions for social housing projects. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and the exceptional service we provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and issue tender packages to subcontractors.
2. Gather and evaluate subcontractor tenders, collaborating with the Contracts Manager to award contracts.
3. Work alongside the Senior Building Surveyor to review and authorize subcontractor payment claims.
4. Communicate with subcontractors to address and resolve any inquiries.
5. Assess and calculate variations to contracts.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or currently pursuing one.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social housing reactive maintenance.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to the role.
