The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a trade or trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, and decorating, and hold a basic electrical qualification. Previous experience in housebuilding or construction would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate excellent people skills, a courteous and professional manner, and the ability to communicate effectively with sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.
This is a customer-facing role, and you will be required to work independently, travel within the Worcestershire and Midlands region, and occasionally visit our Head Office in Ringwood, Hampshire. A Company Van will be provided, and occasional overnight stays may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and courteous maintenance services to homeowners, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
- Work on snagging issues, completing tasks to a high standard of workmanship, and providing a complimentary service to customers.
- Take great care and pride in your work, keeping disruption to a minimum for homeowners and tidying up after yourself when carrying out duties and repairs.
- Use a handheld tablet/mobile phone to assist with your diary, daily tasks, and scheduled works.
- Collaborate with our Group Customer Service Administrators to support work schedules and queries.
