Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Freight Sales Coordinator to join our expanding Freight Forwarding organization in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business development manager and sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Assist in new sales of sea freight, air freight, road freight, FCL, LCL, imports, and exports, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for margin enhancement through strategic pricing strategies tailored to air and sea freight services, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Implement sales strategies and plans focused on maximizing air and sea freight revenue and profitability, aligning with company goals.
  • Act on new business leads provided by the operations team, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Responsible for completing quotations for sales, providing accurate and competitive pricing to customers.
  • Sourcing business leads through various channels, including industry events and networking.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with seafreight, airfreight, and roadfreight, with a strong understanding of the global freight industry.
  • Inside sales/pricing experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Excellent knowledge of the global freight industry, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
