Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team on a self-employed basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mortgage and protection advice to clients, explaining complex information clearly and simply, and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet performance targets and exceed client expectations
  • Prospect and organize meetings with potential clients
  • Effectively fact-find to establish clients' current finances and future aspirations
  • Provide high-quality mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
  • Explain required insurance and protection products to clients, enabling them to make informed choices
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring seamless client relationships
  • Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale
  • Stay up-to-date with new mortgage and protection products, as well as changes in mortgage regulation
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the financial services industry and relevant knowledge
  • Embody our company values and promote them effectively alongside our brand
Requirements
  • CeMAP or relevant mortgage qualification
  • Positive attitude and excellent team communication skills
  • Desire to progress career to the next level
  • Client-orientated with high customer service skills and communication
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience in the financial services industry
