Job Title: Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser


Location: Kent, UK (Remote)


Are you a motivated and experienced mortgage adviser looking for the freedom to work on your own terms? We are seeking a self-employed Mortgage Adviser to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to clients' individual needs.
  • Assist clients in finding the best mortgage products by assessing their financial situations.
  • Offer advice on related insurance products, such as life and income protection policies.
  • Manage client relationships and guide them through the mortgage application process.
  • Stay updated with the latest mortgage products, rates, and lending criteria.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company standards.
About You:
  • Fully qualified mortgage adviser (CeMAP or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mortgage advisory role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of UK mortgage products, regulations, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and client-focused.
