We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service and Sales Floor Manager to join our team at Elite Associates. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Lead by Example: As a brand ambassador, you will cultivate a culture of trust and community, ensuring that every customer interaction embodies the Elite Associates service standard.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and share customer feedback, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Oversee the customer feedback process from start to finish, escalating issues when necessary.
People and Leadership:
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, serving as a role model and brand ambassador, and deliver training on product, service, and operations to junior and new team members.
- Task Management: Oversee delegated tasks, providing feedback to store management on progress.
- Communication: Support store briefings and communicate key information to the retail team.
- Coaching and Feedback: Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members to maintain service standards.
Commercial and Operations:
- Store Operations: Share key holder responsibilities for opening and closing the store, and drive sales and KPIs by creating an in-store experience that fosters customer loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and fashion trends, sharing insights with the team.
- Store Standards: Maintain shop floor and back-of-house standards in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Omnichannel retail and digital tools.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
