About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Accounting Finance Business Partner to join our Group Commercial Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will provide business partnering services to our Group Operating Model management teams and locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement projects relevant to your specialist area.
  • Manage, develop, and coach a matrix team of staff, implementing performance management solutions where required.
  • Develop and motivate the matrix team to help ensure the delivery of function and business targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all business-related matters.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practices and continual improvement in service delivery to the business.
  • Establish productive relationships and networks at the Senior Management level to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Make decisions impacting the success of assigned projects, including results, deadlines, and budget.
  • Advanced academic background, preferably to a good degree level or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of work experience in a challenging commercial environment.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Experience developing best practice policies and procedures for your functional area.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £67,500 - £82,500 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
