About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Broker to join our team at Gallagher Re, a leading reinsurance advisory and broking firm. As a Cyber Broker, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client and reinsurer relationships for a large portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring the appropriate level of service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, process, and manage a large existing book of Cyber clients
  • Market complex reinsurance business to carriers on behalf of the existing portfolio
  • Develop and maintain a network of carrier and/or broker relationships
  • Identify and analyze client exposures to recommend and/or design risk solutions
  • Identify appropriate carriers, send requests, negotiate favorable reinsurance quotes, and prepare recommendations for the client
  • Revenue-generating responsibility
  • Experience and judgment used to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual with reinsurance client-facing experience, ideally from a broker or carrier background. You should have a strong understanding of the Cyber market and be able to develop and maintain a network of carrier and/or broker relationships. Excellent sales capabilities, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and an appetite for learning our market and selling risk solutions are essential.
