About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to support our Head of Finance in delivering effective financial information. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing a small team, overseeing financial reporting, statutory accounts, and key financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and KPIs
  • Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts
  • Manage finance system changes and ensure the integrity of finance processes
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Coordinate audits and maintain process documentation
  • Lead a small team, providing coaching and development while overseeing day-to-day financial operations

Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified accountant with similar experience in a previous role. You will need to be comfortable working autonomously, with some face time with the Head of Finance, but your team and the wider finance team are based in London.
