Join Our Team as an Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Joules. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in setting up and managing exceptional retail operational standards and in-store efficiencies to drive profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:
