We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Joules. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in our retail stores.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in setting and achieving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational goals
  • Leading and developing a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events
  • Providing coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
