We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Auxo Commercial. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through the sale of our digital transformation consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads for our digital transformation consultancy services.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive initial conversations and set up meetings with decision-makers.
  • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication.
  • Collaborate with our Client Partner team to strategize and win new business, including responding to RFPs and closing deals.
  • Focus on winning new logos and expanding our footprint across various sectors, including finance, insurance, retail, and manufacturing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our consultancy's services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed targets for leads, meetings, and closed business.
Requirements:
  • 23+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, with a proven track record of selling consultancy services in digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation solutions, including cloud services, process automation, data analytics, and organizational change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team, particularly with Client Partners and Solutions Architects, to achieve shared goals.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented, with the ability to overcome challenges and objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
