Position Overview

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in executing routine activities related to various regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II, REMIT, EMIR, and SFTR. The responsibilities will encompass several key service areas, including:
  • Conducting internal and external reconciliations to support our compliance obligations and demonstrate effective controls.
  • Producing Management Information and Reporting to assist our operations and validate controls and oversight.
  • Performing investigations into Regulatory Reporting to ensure our compliance obligations are thoroughly documented, complete, and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the team in generating and delivering Regulatory reports in accordance with our compliance control framework.
  • Executing necessary reconciliations to ensure stringent oversight and control of regulatory reporting processes and data.
  • Providing subject matter expert support for relevant projects.
  • Collaborating closely with our Technology partners to create development requests aimed at enhancing process and data accuracy.
  • Supporting the broader Regulatory reporting team to meet all compliance, audit, and client delivery deadlines.
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline and simplify processes.
  • Assisting in the design, preparation, analysis, and distribution of Operational Management Information to key stakeholders.
