Job Title: Financial Services Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Recruit UK. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning and advisory services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the financial planning and advisory services team, including checking fact finds, preparing and processing authority letters, and creating new client packs.
  • Assisting with the preparation of review packs and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all client interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Working closely with the financial planning and advisory services team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 1 year's experience in an IFA Administration role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Team player.
