Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team at Recruit UK. As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning and advisory services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the financial planning and advisory services team, including checking fact finds, preparing and processing authority letters, and creating new client packs.
- Assisting with the preparation of review packs and other administrative tasks as required.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all client interactions are professional and courteous.
- Working closely with the financial planning and advisory services team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
- 1 year's experience in an IFA Administration role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
