Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Adult Services

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers in Adult Services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities to live the lives they want.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily support to individuals with learning disabilities, including supporting them to access activities and experiences in their local community, personal care, and managing finances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Support individuals to access activities and experiences in their local community
  • Manage finances and administer medication
