Priory GP Practice CIC Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a GP Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our GP practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the practice's administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provide support to the GP team, including preparing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure the practice's administrative systems are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics (Grades A-C or equivalent).
  • Good computer skills and a working knowledge of computer packages, such as Word Processing and Text Processing.
  • Experience working in a General Practice setting is desirable.
