We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling telephone and email enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the practice team
Requirements:
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics (Grades A-C or equivalent)
  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is desirable
