Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the Front of House Reception team to deliver high standards of service
* Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and farewell
* Train and develop team members to meet hotel standards
* Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years experience in management/supervision within Front Office operations and Guest Relations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong IT skills, including experience of Opera, Reservation and Rooms Management system, telephone switchboard and point of sales system
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Financial and commercial acumen
* Experience of Fourth Hospitality or other HR/Payroll forecasting system
