About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Engineer Director to lead our Southern team in the UK. As a key member of our Fire Engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of fire engineering projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Southern team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with national leadership to coordinate resources and achieve targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement professional development plans for staff.
  • Provide technical input to studies and designs projects across the UK portfolio.
  • Support and mentor less experienced staff to ensure technical development.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of fire engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a large multi-discipline environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
