Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and secure new business wins.
- Manage, grow, and develop the London Fire Engineering team to deliver high-quality projects.
- Oversee projects across the commercial, high-rise, and high-end residential sectors, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
- Lead client-facing meetings with authority and expertise, providing strategic direction and technical guidance.
- 8+ years of experience as a Fire Engineer, ideally Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards Chartered status.
- Degree in Fire Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience managing teams, with a strong track record of business development and team growth.
- Proficiency with FREAW'S (PAS 9980) and extensive experience in the residential and commercial sectors.
- Highly competitive salary ranging from £100,000 to £120,000.
- 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
