Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Lead a team of senior chefs and kitchen porters in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Source high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to ensure exceptional dishes
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and ideas
  • Work closely with the pub's owners to maintain high standards of food quality and service
