About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our One MEICA Design Team in Batley, near Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical engineering aspects of clean and wastewater projects within our capital delivery works programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in electrical engineering, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Contribute to the development of our electrical design team, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (CEng/IEng) or working towards.
  • Experience in design development for clean and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
