About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at the McLaren Performance Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality Occupational Health Service to our entire Racing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Occupational Health Service, including health surveillance, health protection programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to employees, managers, and HR teams on health and safety matters.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate workplace hazards and risks.
  • Collaborate with our MSK and mental health teams to design and deliver wellness programs and interventions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and confidential records of employee health and wellness information.
  • Provide clear and impartial advice to employees and managers on fitness for work, return to work plans, and workplace adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Occupational Health Specialist Nurse (Degree level/Diploma level or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of operational service management in a health setting at a senior level.
  • Expert clinical skills and experience as an OH specialist practitioner.
  • Knowledge of potential workplace hazards, safe systems of work, and health surveillance.
  • Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
