Job Title: Infotainment Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our Research and Development Team at Expleo Engineering UK Limited. As an Automotive Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the validation of infotainment electrical systems, navigation, and audio systems for a leading automotive manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop testing methods and procedures for the validation of Infotainment systems
  • Ensure vehicle-level quality, function, and reliability standards are maintained with changes to Infotainment HW and SW
  • Creation of test reports
  • Root cause investigation
  • Technical support to the production plant
  • Management of suppliers
Requirements:
  • Ideal degree-level qualification
  • Knowledge of software programming and software quality assurance
  • Experience of software application into vehicle ECUs in the manufacturing environment
  • Ability to risk assess software modifications and develop appropriate test plans
  • Understanding of network communications (e.g., CAN, LIN)
  • Ability to follow system circuit diagrams and identify electrical connections
