Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team in a state-of-the-art hospital-based role in Kent.

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy department, providing clear clinical direction, and fostering a patient-centred approach to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the pharmacy department, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  2. Provide clinical direction and leadership to the pharmacy team
  3. Contribute to the safe and effective use of medicines
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
  1. Degree in Pharmacy (M Pharm, B Pharm, or BSc in Pharmacy)
  2. Proven track record of success within a hospital environment
  3. Knowledge of the UK healthcare system and regulations
  4. Minimum of 3+ years of postgraduate clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
  5. Leadership and management experience
