We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives
  • Undertake duty manager shifts and responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets
