Bar Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our team at the Britannia pub in Guildford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and control bar stock, waste, and cash handling to ensure maximum profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
