Your Mission:

Oversee the establishment of electrical, mechanical, and digital technical solutions for global data center initiatives for a key client. Serve as the primary contact for the client regarding all technical inquiries.

What will you do?
  • During the pre-tender phase,
    • Cultivate relationships with the client's design and engineering teams, assisting them in shaping their data center architecture by utilizing suitable solutions and the latest technologies from the SE portfolio.
    • Integrate factories and application centers into the data center architecture and solutions to be proposed and executed for the client.
    • Develop a network of technical experts to support the client.
  • During the tender phase,
    • Take responsibility for preparing the technical solution in collaboration with factories, local and regional application centers, and subject matter experts.
    • Identify and evaluate technical risks and establish mitigation strategies.
    • Seek technical enhancements to secure a competitive advantage.
    • Ensure the proposed technical solution aligns with key success criteria.
    • Lead technical discussions with suppliers (both internal and external) and with the client/engineering firms until the solution receives approval.
  • After the submission of the proposal:
    • Guide the transition to execution of the technical solution.
    • Remain the technical point of reference in case of issues during execution.
    • Collect lessons learned for application in future architecture/design and technical proposal submissions.


What qualifications will make you successful?

Experience in leading technical solutions for large-scale international projects.
Technical knowledge in the data center sector is advantageous.
Proven track record in managing functional and remote teams with diverse profiles (electrical, cooling, digital/software, structural, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts with clients.
Excellent communication skills in English.
