Travel Requirements - Travel required approximately 20% of the time (customer meetings or internal meetings)

Your Mission:

As a key member of our team, you will lead the definition of electrical, mechanical, and digital technical solutions for global data center projects with a strategic customer. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing relationships with customer design and engineering teams and supporting them in the definition of their data center architecture by leveraging our company's portfolio of solutions and latest technologies.
  • Onboarding factories and application centers on the data center architecture and solutions to be tendered and executed for the customer.
  • Building a network of technical subject matter experts who will support the customer.
  • Being accountable for developing the technical solution preparation with factories, local and regional application centers, and subject matter experts.
  • Identifying and assessing technical risks and setting up mitigation plans.
  • Gathering lessons learned for implementation on the architecture/design and submission of future technical offers.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience leading technical solutions for large and international customer projects. Technical expertise in the data center market is a plus. Proven experience in leading functional and remote teams with various profiles (electrical, cooling, digital/software, structural,...) is required. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
