As a Management Accountant Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and progressive environment, surrounded by a talented team of professionals.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing month-end accounts for their area of responsibility
  • Standardizing and improving month-end reporting processes
  • Transforming existing processes, such as balance sheet reconciliations, to increase efficiency
  • Assisting in the development of Assistant Accountants
  • Leading process improvements and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required of a Management Accountant
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • A track record of contributing to a continuous improvement culture and challenging existing processes
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders
