An exciting opportunity exists within our Building Systems UK division. The Production Operations Associate is essential for maintaining the efficient and safe operation of processing machinery and material handling systems. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service through proficient machinery operation, ensuring optimal product selection and processing, and supporting maintenance efforts to enhance productivity. Team members are also expected to engage in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving strategies to maximize equipment availability. Active participation in personal development and compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards is crucial. This role demands strong collaboration and a dedication to achieving peak performance.
